Svetlana Knoll is a qualified mediator registered in the Bulgarian unified register of mediators. She specialized mediation and alternative dispute resolution at The University of Law, UK with a focus on innovative approaches and use of ODR (online dispute resolution). 

Education: Svetlana's path begins with a solid academic foundation – Marketing, Anglia Ruskin University, UK and aMBA (Innovation & Entrepreneurship)

and

Master of International Law – Master of Law, International Business Law (The University of Law, UK) with a focus on Mediation and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), as well as "International Commercial Law", GDPR, "Cyberlaws (The Laws of Data and Digital Assets)" and "International Corporate Governance". This dual expertise gives her a broad understanding and interdisciplinary approach to the complexities of commercial, business and labor disputes, as well as effective mediation techniques.

Business and management experience: With over 15 years of dynamic international and local experience in business development and partnerships, entrepreneurship, consulting and management of large private and public tenders and projects for global leaders in IT services & Consulting (EMEA, UK). As well as direct experience in the RES (Renewable Energy Sources) and tourism industries.

Language flexibility: Effective communication is vital in mediation, Svetlana speaks and speaks several foreign languages, including English, Italian, German and French. Its linguistic flexibility promotes an inclusive dialogue between countries of different origins.

Project and team management skills: Svetlana brings experience from managing large international projects and tenders as well as smaller local businesses, offering a solid brokerage perspective. Her negotiation skills and understanding of parties are assets, especially in conflict resolution and contractual matters. In addition, experience in managing and communicating with people from different backgrounds and cultures gives her a good practical insight into the human dynamics underlying disputes in a broad context.
