2. Consultation with a qualified psychologist

In our team, we have an experienced psychologist with whom you can have a consultation, in case you need one. A preliminary consultation with a psychologist is very useful in some cases and can also help you to understand whether mediation is the method that would be useful for you in resolving a conflict.

Duration of the consultation – 1 hour.

Price of the consultation – BGN 90. / 46,02 EUR.

3. Consultation with a lawyer

Our team has several highly qualified lawyers and attorneys, specialists in various legal fields, to advise you on what your options are for resolving the conflict in general. From them you will learn:

• what you would achieve if you chose to bring a claim in court, according to the law and established case law;
• what is the order of court procedure according to procedural laws
• what government fees you would pay to file a claim
• what attorney's fee would you pay for an attorney to represent and protect your interests.

4. Consultation with a "Human Resources" specialist

Consultation with our Human Resources specialists will help you in the event that there is a conflict in your work team, enterprise or company, as well as help you build a comprehensive concept for improving the motivation of your employees, clarifying the opportunities for their professional development and improvement of the business climate in the office.

Price of the consultation – BGN 90. / 46,02 EUR.

Preparation of a report and action plan - BGN 300. / 153,39 EUR.

5. Conducting a mediation procedure

5.1. On family / family / disputes - The procedure is conducted between the two disputants and one or two mediators depending on the desire of the disputants. It is not advisable to involve a child in the procedure, as well as third parties who are not direct participants in the dispute. The participation of a lawyer is not mandatory, unless the parties themselves and expressly wish to do so.

5.2. On commercial / business / disputes – The procedure is conducted between the two disputing parties and one or two mediators depending on the desire of the disputing parties. It is necessary that the participants have the necessary representative power. It is not mandatory, but it is recommended that the parties be assisted by lawyers. If one party appears with a lawyer, it is recommended that the other party also have a lawyer. If necessary, an expert assessment by the necessary specialist can be carried out in the procedure.

5.3. On labor disputes – The procedure is conducted between all parties involved in the conflict and one or two mediators. It is necessary for the employer to be represented in the procedure by a person with the necessary representative power by law. The participation of a representative of a trade union organization is permissible.

5.4. On disputes related to the work of the team – the procedure is conducted between all employees involved in the conflict, together with the heads of the relevant division and one or two mediators.

5.5. On disputes related to condominiums – the procedure is conducted between all participants in the conflict (neighbors, house manager, chairman of the condominium, professional house manager, etc.) and one or two mediators.

5.6. On complicated disputes - in the event that there are more than two disputing parties, the case is a complicated legal and factual situation, and in other specific cases, other than those described above, the fee is subject to additional and individual negotiation.

6. Drafting of an agreement – In the event that the parties have reached a mutually acceptable agreement, we can prepare the same in writing, with each party receiving a copy of the signed agreement. The agreement is drawn up in Bulgarian.

6.1. Drafting of an agreement – the agreement is drawn up by the lead mediator and lawyer from the center, in case the mediator was not such, and I will respond to the content required by law.

Price of the service – BGN 100. / 51,13 EUR.

Deadline for preparation – 3-day deadline from the date of completion of the mediation procedure.

6.2. Agreement Certification – In the event that you wish to have the agreement certified by a notary, we can assist with this, with the notarization fee being determined and payable to the notary who performed the certification.

Time limit for certification – 7 days, starting from the date of completion of the mediation procedure

6.3. Court deposition - In the event that the dispute was a pending court case and should be filed in court, after the agreement is drawn up, it can be entered by us in the specific proceedings in court.

Price of the service – BGN 50. / 25,56 EUR.

Deadline for deposition – 7 days, starting from the date of completion of the mediation procedure

6.4. Drafting in more than one language - in case you want the agreement to be drawn up in a language other than Bulgarian

Price of the service – BGN 100. / 51,13 EUR. /заплаща се допълнително към таксата по чл. 6.1. за всеки допълнителен език/.

7. Carrying out an expert assessment - in the event that the parties wish to have a specific expert evaluation performed on the dispute, the Center works with experts who are experts in various professional fields and we can assist in its preparation. The price of the evaluation is paid separately and depends on the type, number and the complexity of the questions asked. It is communicated to the parties in advance.

Important:

• All fees are payable in advance;
• The fees are common to both parties and are divided equally or as agreed upon in the mediation process.
• Mediation fees are not tied to an agreement and are non-refundable if the parties fail to reach an agreement.
• Fees paid are non-refundable after the initiation of the mediation process.
