When you decide to contact us, we can offer you a professional consultation with a mediator of our choice or you can choose the mediator you would like to consult with you from the list of mediators published on the site. In front of the mediator, you can talk in free text about the conflict for which you are seeking assistance. Our mediator will answer you frankly whether the dispute is suitable for resolution, through mediation or not. If the dispute is suitable for resolution, through mediation you should choose whether or not you want us to mediate its resolution. In the event that the consultation takes place with only one party to the dispute, our mediator assumes the responsibility of contacting the opposing party and seeking their consent to participate in a mediation procedure. When both parties agree to a mediation procedure, we all choose together when and where the procedure will take place. You yourself decide whether the procedure should be conducted by one or two mediators, as well as what the expertise of the mediator who will mediate you should be.

2. Consultation with a qualified psychologist

In our team, we have an experienced psychologist with whom you can have a consultation, in case you need one. A preliminary consultation with a psychologist is very useful in some cases and can also help you to understand whether mediation is the method that would be useful for you in resolving a conflict.

Duration of the consultation – 1 hour.

Price of the consultation – BGN 90.

3. Consultation with a lawyer

Our team has several highly qualified lawyers and attorneys, specialists in various legal fields, to advise you on what your options are for resolving the conflict in general. From them you will learn:

• what you would achieve if you chose to bring a claim in court, according to the law and established case law;
• what is the order of court procedure according to procedural laws
• what government fees you would pay to file a claim
• what attorney's fee would you pay for an attorney to represent and protect your interests.

4. Consultation with a "Human Resources" specialist

Consultation with our Human Resources specialists will help you in the event that there is a conflict in your work team, enterprise or company, as well as help you build a comprehensive concept for improving the motivation of your employees, clarifying the opportunities for their professional development and improvement of the business climate in the office.

Duration of the consultation – 1 hour

Price of the consultation – BGN 90.

Preparation of a report and action plan - BGN 300.

Participation of a mediator in team meetings - BGN 90/hour

5. Conducting a mediation procedure

5.1. On family / family / disputes - The procedure is conducted between the two disputants and one or two mediators depending on the desire of the disputants. It is not advisable to involve a child in the procedure, as well as third parties who are not direct participants in the dispute. The participation of a lawyer is not mandatory, unless the parties themselves and expressly wish to do so.  

Registration fee – BGN 90 / is intended to cover the initial processing and exchange of documents and contact with the parties and is paid together with the application for mediation. It is not subject to return if the second party does not agree to participate in mediation./

Fee for choosing a mediator - BGN 50 / payable only if the party itself chooses the mediator to conduct the procedure.

Price of the procedure – BGN 300.

Duration of the procedure – 3 hours

Mediation fee – BGN 100 / payable in addition to the main service if the parties wish the procedure to be led by more than one mediator/

5.2. On commercial / business / disputes – The procedure is conducted between the two disputing parties and one or two mediators depending on the desire of the disputing parties. It is necessary that the participants have the necessary representative power. It is not mandatory, but it is recommended that the parties be assisted by lawyers. If one party appears with a lawyer, it is recommended that the other party also have a lawyer. If necessary, an expert assessment by the necessary specialist can be carried out in the procedure.

Registration fee – BGN 90 / is intended to cover the initial processing and exchange of documents and contact with the parties and is paid together with the application for mediation. It is not subject to return if the second party does not agree to participate in mediation./

Cost of the procedure:

• In case of a dispute with material interest up to 25 000 BGN - BGN 300
• In case of a dispute with material interest between BGN 25,000 and BGN 100,000 – BGN 470.
• In case of a dispute with material interest between BGN 100,000 and BGN 200,000 – BGN 700.
• In case of a dispute with material interest between BGN 200,000 and BGN 300,000 – BGN 1,100.
• In case of a dispute over BGN 300,000 – BGN 1,500.

5.3. On labor disputes – The procedure is conducted between all parties involved in the conflict and one or two mediators. It is necessary for the employer to be represented in the procedure by a person with the necessary representative power by law. The participation of a representative of a trade union organization is permissible.

Registration fee – BGN 90 / is intended to cover the initial processing and exchange of documents and contact with the parties and is paid together with the application for mediation. It is not subject to return if the second party does not agree to participate in mediation./

It is permissible to conduct more than one three-hour session, and the same is paid for as an additional procedure. (+ BGN 300)

5.4. On disputes related to the work of the team – the procedure is conducted between all employees involved in the conflict, together with the heads of the relevant division and one or two mediators.

Registration fee – BGN 90 / is intended to cover the initial processing and exchange of documents and contact with the parties and is paid together with the application for mediation. It is not subject to return if the second party does not agree to participate in mediation./

Fee for choosing a mediator - BGN 50 / payable only if the party itself chooses the mediator to conduct the procedure.

Duration of the procedure - cannot be fixed

Price of the procedure – BGN 120/hour

5.5. On disputes related to condominiums – the procedure is conducted between all participants in the conflict (neighbors, house manager, chairman of the condominium, professional house manager, etc.) and one or two mediators.

Registration fee – BGN 90 / is intended to cover the initial processing and exchange of documents and contact with the parties and is paid together with the application for mediation. It is not subject to return if the second party does not agree to participate in mediation./

Fee for choosing a mediator - BGN 50 / payable only if the party itself chooses the mediator to conduct the procedure.

Duration of the procedure - cannot be fixed

Price of the procedure – BGN 120/hour

Fee for mediation - BGN 120/hour/ payable in addition to the main service if the parties wish the procedure to be led by more than one mediator/

5.6. On complicated disputes - in the event that there are more than two disputing parties, the case is a complicated legal and factual situation, and in other specific cases, other than those described above, the fee is subject to additional and individual negotiation.

6. Drafting of an agreement – In the event that the parties have reached a mutually acceptable agreement, we can prepare the same in writing, with each party receiving a copy of the signed agreement. The agreement is drawn up in Bulgarian.

6.1. Drafting of an agreement – the agreement is drawn up by the lead mediator and lawyer from the center, in case the mediator was not such, and I will respond to the content required by law.

Price of the service – BGN 100.

Deadline for preparation – 3-day deadline from the date of completion of the mediation procedure.

6.2. Agreement Certification – In the event that you wish to have the agreement certified by a notary, we can assist with this, with the notarization fee being determined and payable to the notary who performed the certification.

Time limit for certification – 7 days, starting from the date of completion of the mediation procedure

6.3. Court deposition - In the event that the dispute was a pending court case and should be filed in court, after the agreement is drawn up, it can be entered by us in the specific proceedings in court.

Price of the service – BGN 50.

Deadline for deposition – 7 days, starting from the date of completion of the mediation procedure

6.4. Drafting in more than one language - in case you want the agreement to be drawn up in a language other than Bulgarian

Price of the service – BGN 100/ payable in addition to the fee under Art. 6.1. for each additional language/.

7. Carrying out an expert assessment - in the event that the parties wish to have a specific expert evaluation performed on the dispute, the Center works with experts who are experts in various professional fields and we can assist in its preparation. The price of the evaluation is paid separately and depends on the type, number and the complexity of the questions asked. It is communicated to the parties in advance.

• All fees are payable in advance;
• The fees are common to both parties and are divided equally or as agreed upon in the mediation process.
• Mediation fees are not tied to an agreement and are non-refundable if the parties fail to reach an agreement.
• Fees paid are non-refundable after the initiation of the mediation process.
