Daniela Vasileva

Mediator, Banking Lawyer

Mediator Vasileva is a professional and qualified mediator at the International Mediation Institute. She is registered in the Bulgarian unified register of mediators at the Ministry of Justice.

She also specializes in a master class in Business Mediation and Family Mediation.

She is by profession a lawyer by profession with over fifteen years of legal experience. From 2007 to the present, she has been a banking lawyer in the Bulgarian division of the largest French bank.

From 2017 to 2022, she was a juror at the Sofia City Court.

She graduated in Law at the Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski", specialization "Jurisdiction" with acquired legal capacity.

She has an additional qualification in "Business Management" at the Center for Market Economy, Plovdiv.

She completed additional training on the topics of "Optimal Motivation", "Giving Feedback", "Situational Team Leadership" and "Situational Leadership II" at Blanchard International, as well as "Management of People and Teams" at Consul Team Human Capital.

She participated in a number of seminars on topics related to PSD2 and the Law on Payment Services and Payment Systems, AML, GDPR, Online Sales, Electronic Justice, Absolute Limitation, Unequal Clauses in Consumer Contracts, Enforcement Proceedings, etc.

She speaks English and French.
